hi randz... ok lang naman ako here... my house hunting? yeah i started looking again... diba nung april nagstart na ko, pero i postponed it for year end... so now im back to hunting... i have a realtor agent na... and we looked for houses last sat... im eyeing for new constructions rather than existing homes... hopefully i would be able to close by end of month, para masimulan na construction... should be ready by april, which is in time cuz my lease is up that time... and i did found something i like, but still thinking very hard to make that decision in which area/location...
