although naiba yung house choice ko mismo, actually i almost bought that house, i really liked it.. but guess what i discovered??.. alam nyo yung easement? under the the backyard, there is this 12 feet wide easement where the water, electricity, cable, telephone and gas runs... well its actually normal to most properties in subdivisions, like every 6 houses have that... ok lang sana, kaso, the deal is, you can not build or put anything on that side of the yard, say deck or pool or landscape or gazebo, etc, kasi the moment they need to repair or upgrade something, they'll gonna dig up my yard, and they are not obligated to return back or save whatever i put in that area... and the area is almost half of the entire yard... well to me its not that of a big deal but later on, it may have an effect when i sell it... u know, most buyers would want to be able to do something in their yards... oh well... i found another one that i like ... in another neighborhood but same area and same builder - meritage by legacy homes... we made an offer na, hopefully positive ang feedback... thanks guys for wishing me luck... regards to all! --- In [email protected], "tribalknowledge" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > You're welcome Annette!
