Rommel, Eventhough you didn't ask for my opinion I'll give you one...hehe...
Buy something which will make you happy not only when you move in but one that will make you smile whenever you see it...Basing on your descriptions of your choices, I'm guessing you prefer number 1. If you consider investment as a driver for your choice, think about the 3-5 years from now. Do you think the house you'll buy in No. 2 will have the same appreciation than the house in No. 1 considering it has a new freeway, golf course and WOW factor. Anyways, yun lang payo ko :) -----Original Message----- From: spurs <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [email protected] Sent: Mon, 17 Oct 2005 14:27:03 -0000 Subject: [4c-math94] Re: Classmates in Texas :: Musta na hi randz... ok lang naman ako here... my house hunting? yeah i started looking again... diba nung april nagstart na ko, pero i postponed it for year end... so now im back to hunting... i have a realtor agent na... and we looked for houses last sat... im eyeing for new constructions rather than existing homes... hopefully i would be able to close by end of month, para masimulan na construction... should be ready by april, which is in time cuz my lease is up that time... and i did found something i like, but still thinking very hard to make that decision in which area/location... arlene/annette, i want to ask your opinion... kung kayo, which one u gonna prefer in this 2 area/location to buy a house: 1. 40-50 min from downtown on rush hour (where i work), but the area is REALLY NICE!!, upscale masterplanned/golf course community, uphill, nice view, lots of trees, with a WOW factor... but the nearest access to freeway will soon start contruction for a tollway by early next year, that would last probably mga 5 yrs... so imagine the traffic... not too far from shoppings/dinings, and there's really lots of development in the area... new prime area in san antonio, and is one of the 3 prime areas here... or. 2. 25-30 min from downtown, area is also nice, but not as nice as the first, no WOW factor, more in the mature neighborhood (like 5 yrs up) yung sourrounding neighborhood, more on the regular/ordinary environment, fully developed na yung neighborhood, lots of nearby shopping/dining din... ano sa tingin nyo? im confuscious!!!... --- In [email protected], "crandzfv01" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Hi Arlene / Rommel, > > Eto ok naman kame.... > > Medyo busy sa bahay... yung masters pa lang na fufurnish namin.. wala > pang laman yung other 2 bedrooms.. malapit na naman mag-winter... > buti na lang maliit lang driveway ko palabas ng garage (konti lang i > sho shovel hi hi hi). > > Arlene, kamusta yung 2nd house mo?
