Mel, If your only concern is the traffic which will be caused by the tollway construction nearby, go with house #1 pa din. Yung traffic maiiwasan naman by coming to work really early or using another route if available. Tsaka, 5 yrs is not that long unless you're only planning to stay that long in your new home.
Other things to consider din: crime rate nearby hospital, fire/police station, church, school, etc. property tax if you can an idea maintenance/association fee if you're buying a townhome/condo Good luck on your house hunting! Arlene, Thanks sa salsa! Kung nalaman namin beforehand na pupunta dyan si Med, baka naksama kami. Anyway, hopefully next year, pasyal kami dyan. =) --- spurs <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > lucky/randz... > > thanks for your opinion... appreciated... > you are both right and i agree... every property will have > its pros and cons, nothing will be perfect, in > the same way no gf/wife is perfect (applies to men too).. > so settle to the one closest to your values and priorities... > > but the problem is... i don't know what are the things > i value more... lol...
