you are both right and i agree... every property will have
its pros and cons, nothing will be perfect, in 
the same way no gf/wife is perfect (applies to men too)..
so settle to the one closest to your values and priorities...

but the problem is... i don't know what are the things
i value more... lol... (return of investment, convenience,
scenic view, etc)... oh well, life is full of choices and
uncertainties... which makes it really exciting....
