Hi Chuck,

Yes, 4D installer puts the 4D.exe in the ‘Program Files (86) folder. I have 
moved it to the desktop, but same result.
Interestingly, Adobe Reader is also installed in that folder and it starts up 
without a problem.

So far only 4D apps that refuse to start.

I will set up an additional disk to boot from inside parallells and see what 
gives…
