In that case, I will report back what happened for me. Even with that build, the emails would only display properly for the recipient if they were using Apple Mail. I ended up biting the bullet and adding Char(13)+Char(10) instead of just Char(13) to all of my text and it works perfectly now on all clients. I gave up on figuring out IC plugin, and trying to set it with it's commands. Since then, I think this has turned up on the bug fix list again, but I don't care anymore.
