It looks like there are a number of updates for whatever distro this is.
 You may wish to do
sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude dist-upgrade

Also, the libxine is being removed because aptitude has detected it as
being unused.  If this is not desired you can always reinstall it or
mark it to be held.
