some of the first Bluetooth versions were ratified as parts of
802.15.1)

Right, it may be so, that I may refer to a 802.15 variant (.1 maybe) as
bluetooth.  Also I meant rfc2464 (IPv6 ethernet) instead of rfc2460 (IPv6).
