Thanks, other people have pointed that out too. Other discussed solutions also 
seem to be adopted elsewhere so I am not sure if this helps us in narrowing our 
choice.

Yes, I agree, unless that message already piggybacks a part of the auth 
exchange but for that to happen it seems we would need to define something of 
our own.
