It's a dangerous policy. I just read their Terms of Service. The TOS doesn't anywhere prohibit legal download services or even adult sites. Presumably I could build a fledgling YouTube type of site at a very low cost until it takes off. Or similar. Or even use it to store gigabytes of software. In fact I'm going to recommend them to the folk who run an archive TRS-80 software project. I was a backup host for them for a while (I didn't charge them) but the traffic got too high.
