Please,  read before answering.  It doesn't matter, how full the arena disc is. 
Just add more arena space,  possibly on a new disc. The problem with indexsects 
is entirely different. They are either very sparsely populated, which makes the 
wear-up worse, or mostly full, which is good for almost purposes, except 
reliable space for New storage.
