Hi Jim, I've used Juno happily for years with no real problems. The difficulties arose when I installed the most recent version of Norton Internet Security. What a mess it made. Since then, I've uninstalled Norton and got Trend Micro PC-Cillin for the anti-virus program. There are no viruses. I even uninstalled Juno and reinstalled it -- still have the same problems.
