The software did not block a single porno site. On the other hand I cannot use many of my computer's tools and I receive an error message saying something like "no navigating!" Every hour it "freezes" the keyboard, the mouse and the screen with the excuse that it "protects" my eyesight. I cannot uninstall the program. It requests a password but I have never created a password for this program. Reinstalling the software does not help. Whatever I do I am stuck with this nuisance. Spybot does not recognize it, I am therefore completely unsure whether this is a malware program. Please, I am distressed can someone help me get rid of this software?
