Have you tried contacting customer support as I suggested? [EMAIL PROTECTED] When passwords are set there is usually a facility for setting a "reminder" to jog your memory as to what password you set. Also you did not say whether you had tried the other options I suggested? Another thought that just occured to me is that you refer to the program as 'tralware' in which case it may stop functioning after the trial period?
