A few more options to try meantime. Do you have the free program CCleaner, if not download it at http://www.ccleaner.com/ Once downloaded and installed open CCleaner click on Tools then the Uninstall button, do you see TUeagles in the list of programs on the right hand side, if so select it and then click on Run Uninstaller button. Also look in your Startup folder (Start>Programs>Startup), is there an entry for TUeagles in there, if so delete it. Now go to Start>Run and type "msconfig" (without quotes) and click OK, then in the new window that opens click on the Startup tab (last on right), a list of programs that run at startup will be displayed, do you see TUeagles in the list? If so uncheck the box to the left to prevent it from tunning at startup. This wil not uninstall it but it should prevent it from running and freezing your computer Rupert O^O--------------- Rupert's Reply To ---------------O^O Sorry!
