Rick: I thought computer help groups were in place for positive comment. I am sure you mean well in making this comment; I believe your condition is very painful. I was commenting on the fact that Dell does give after sales technical support which I haven't had to pay for. I'm not afraid to admit that I had 2 hard drives fail in my Dell Dimension 8400 which I purchased this year and I've taken a fair bit of flack about it.
