Cheapest to buy,.. that says it all.  Then again, a better brand, WD
is less than 8$ more to buy.  It's worth the money to go up.

Tax rates in Canada are:
7% base GST for all provinces
Plus the PST/HST which varies by province:
Ontario: 8%
Quebec: ~8% (plus an additional ~8% of the GST as well, it's
calculated on total + GST then taxed)
Alberta: 0%
etc..
