Unless you are created video file half of an 80 G drive is more than enough
space. But you do gain advantage if the OS is on one drive and the data
files get saved to another.

BTW, you can easily tell how much of a drive is being used by going to
MyComputer and right clicking the drive letter in question. and selecting
properties. You will see a report as to space used vs space free.
