Apparently there were rstore points. And system restore is on by default,
although you can turn it off to save drive space. But we have still not
advanced far enough that turning off restore is a good thing to do. Drive
space is not worth saving at the cost of our sanity when computers, esp.
Window, go awry.

One of the most 'dangerous' times for a computer is when the user installs
new software. And that is why System Restore defaults to creating a restore
point at that time.
