I guess you could open it and leave it open. I don't have any problem
opening my browser but sometimes it takes some time to get to myhome page. I
have cable broadband and I think that it must be that there are more people
subscribing in this area. When I use the broadband test I get anywhere from
3 Mb/s to almost 5 Mb/s. But the first connect is sometimes slow.
