What you are actually doing is trying to log into the Hidden Administrators  
account in Windows XP. The Administrator's account on this PC is password  
protected LOL.  You just delete whatever user  name  (including any 
Administrators) that appears in safe mode, and type in  Administrator leave the 
password 
blank and click ok.  Then you  go  into Control Panel and then go to Users 
accounts and do whatever you want.
