As you probably know -- and I think you would agree -- no
matter how useful a piece of software may be, it's not worth
spending time downloading (the easy part) and learning
(often much harder) if the program doesn't fit one's needs.
I don't often have to consult the date of access (or
modification) of a file or folder.
Somehow or other we got into this discussion through the
back door and it seems to have snowballed.
