I am not sure what you want now. I sent you an explanation about the difference between Password and Passphrase. Do you have a modem or wireless router? Are you now asking how to set up a wireless network, if so go here.
Http://www.bris.ac.UK/is/computing/advice/homeusers/broadband/homenetwork HTML If you are wanting to to change a security passphrase you need to log into your router Website. It should tell you where and how in your Linksys manual Ian -------Original Message------- From: scottiques Date: 21/08/2008 12:08:46 To: [email protected] Subject: [A-1-Computer_Tech] Re: Wireless router password help Thank you to all that responded to my question. Please let me Clarify. I would like to know what the difference is between the Password and passphrase on my wireless modem. (Linksys) I'm very Confused by wireless and don't understand it (even though I managed to Get it working fine) I want to change my password to make it longer But I don't know how to access it. And I don't know how to access the Passphrase either. I know I had to enter both of these during the set Up process but don't know how to change now.
