I saw the responses by Donk and Ian and hope that you  or an installer 
went in and changed the router password from the default. If you have 
not, you have left yourself open to hacking. The factory defaults can be 
easily learned.

If your router already has a password and you do not know it, you are 
going to have to reset the device to factory defaults. There should be a 
reset that you can insert a pin into. press it for five seconds. After 
that, Donk and Ian's instructions can be used.
