the peroblem can be found by hitting ctrl+alt+delete..enabling windows task m
anager will show all processes runniong ..if not do a f 8 reboot and hunt for
it there
and if trhat fails do a search for .exe all programs loaded into the
computer will show... exe is short for "execute" its the launcer that runs all
software loaded on the drive .
