Have you tried Safe Mode?  Keep tapping F8 during boot until you see the 
boot menu - then choose Safe Mode.  If you can boot to Safe Mode maybe 
all is not lost.  You can run a checkdisk, or System File Checker from 
safe mode, or check Device Manager for any problem hardware.

The Admin password is blank by default.  Unless you've created an admin 
password in windows, you should just be able to press Enter and keep 
going to the Recovery Console.
