Thanks Jim. I am going to get an external hard drive and eventually
reformat. I do have the os and the drivers on disks, they came with the
pc. My problem was that I had to many applications on my pc. I ran out
of memory! 1 gig memory doesn't go far these days. My system became very
unstable and I knew it was only a matter of time before a crash and
burn. Once I figured out that it was my memory I started removing
programs and cleaning out my registry. My pc is running smoothly again.
