If you have followed the recent threads you may have notice that I uploaded 4 pages to the Files at our A-1 web site, that will instruct you how to run a bootable Windows XP with a host of repair programs from a flash memory pen Memory pens of 1gb are real cheap so if you buy one and get this downloadable program after following the pages you will never fail to fix failures to boot again.
You will not need to use commands with this program because it can work independently and look at your C: drive. By the way you sent this massage twice :-( Ian -------Original Message------- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Date: 10/07/08 01:19:51 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [A-1-Computer_Tech] Re: Boot Problem In a message dated 10/6/2008 3:23:35 A.M. However I need assistance when I get as far as the command prompt I thought that using CD to change directories would allow me to get into the C drive and Do a scan followed by some form of recovery action. However I do not seem to be able to Get beyond the CD prompt.
