Based on these facts regarding wireless, the only use I can think for it for me would be if I'm visiting a store that offers wireless. Does that mean I have to have an account, or do they have the account and give it to me for free? --- On Sun, 10/26/08, jpurcell <[EMAIL PROTECTED] rr.com> wrote: From: jpurcell <[EMAIL PROTECTED] rr.com> Subject: Re: [A-1-Computer_ Tech] what is benefit of wireless? There's more than one way to get wireless within your home. I guess some ISPs will provide it, I personally bought a wireless router so that my daughter can get internet upstairs in her room. I also wanted my wife to use it on here notebook computer, but she spent no more than a few weeks on it and hasn't touched since. :-( Jim [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ If you have any questions or problems with any aspect of this site, please feel free to contact me directly [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please do not post personal issues directly to the group.
