Hello,

When you ISP said 150kbps he meant the speed where u can connect. there is
one more speed called throughput speed that is the actual speed where
download and up load speed is calculated. If you have dsl connection and in
doubt try checking your speed at http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest this
will tell you how fast is your up load and download speed.
