i have had dial up all the time in the past. so when i moved i went
with hi speed?? well not so hi speed the package i got was up to 150
kbps they tell me i can't use a fire wall with them? ok i use mazzola
firefox i like it for all the optional plug ins i have Avast anti
virus free version. i cant get any speed other than 100 kbps it don't
matter if i'm up loading or down loading never budges. and at times i
want to send pic's to photobucket cant use the send them with yahoo
keep getting error message your not connected to the internet ??? well
i'm on the net so why is says i'm not ??? also they keep saying my
isp natco. that i must have a firewall turned off when using them well
ok turned off every one i can find. still no change. went to install
the latest version of yahoo instant messenger it keep saying it cant
be installed because i must turn off my fire wall. i'm stumped i found
a few firewalls. on windows even thou i don't use it . even turned off
my anti virus . still says must turn off firewall well if i have some
firewall on i cant find it any place. i hope some one here knows what
i'm trying to say. like i said i'm a computer dummy. if you think of
any ideas great.
