I am, in the UK and what you were sending would be considered "hear say"
evidence in our law.



Clearly your government legal departments are totting for ammunition to
bolster their case. I just do not think it would happen here.



Dell USA does also appear from Donks link to be giving a poor service,
although I have several American friends and family who do not report any
such problems,

If they think that I should be included. And...they aren't persecuting..they


Are prosecuting..there is a difference.
