I never once suggested that you were lying. I countered with my UK experience and suggested you use caution in a public debate is all..
I guess that in the UK we would handle consumer law differently and would expect to pursue our claim against a company in a personal way and though the small claims court if it ended up the only avenue. We have a lot of consumer help departments before the need for federal action it seems. You seem to think that I am lying. That is Pretty insulting. I think I will no longer share this kind of information with This group any more since it's met with scepticism without even bothering to Research it. Just because some people have a good experience -doesn't mean that Others don't and yes, the Attorney General told me that they just won their Case. Why don't you call them and ask for yourself before you insinuate that I Am lying? It's the NYS Attorney General's Office. Ask to speak to the lawyer Handling the case against Dell. Then judge for yourself. As for paypal, I have used them for over 10 years and just that one time had A problem and reported them. My complaint was added to the others and I Received my money back when the case was won. None of these are individuals Lawsuits..they are class action againt a company by the Attorney General's office. It is similar to cases like the tobacco law suit. These things happen all The time. ------------------------------------ If you have any questions or problems with any aspect of this site, please feel free to contact me directly [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please do not post personal issues directly to the group.
