if you are using XP-
with IE-
go to top addy bar-
click on tools,on drop down menu, click on internet options.
click on the 'advanced' tab on the property window that comes up,
look at the bottom of the advanced window box.
click on the reset setting.
click apply,then ok

next go to your control panel, open the systems folder,
when that box comes up,
click on the advanced tab
under the performance, click on the 'settings'
click on the advanced tab that opens,
at the bottom,it should say 'virtual memory'
change the setting to a higher amount.
when you click on the 'change' option,
the highest & lowest amount will be listed .
So only apply any amount above the lowest suggestion.
I always have mine on the most that my pc recommends for me.
click apply,ok then close the windows.

I'd restart the pc just to make sure it's ok.
Also, go to your icon 'my computer'-click to open.
right click on the local"C" drive.
click on the properties
Look & see exactly what your hd  has for space.
After all is done-do a disk clean-up & defrag
Good luck.
let us know if this helps with your problem

click start then run

type in %temp% and hit enter or click Ok

This should take you to where temp files are placed, used by programs
