Funny you should mention that. Because I just switched to comcast which is
going slower than bellsouth, and I just spoke to comcast telling them it's
going slowsky slowsky slowsky, what's wrong? and how much will my package deal
be if I cancel the DSL service? After our conversation I decided to get rid of
a few programs and after I got rid of SpyDoctor, I then decided to give the
heave-ho to compaqconnections.exe. Lo and behold, it's now working much faster.
Now all's I have to to do is convince my husband to go back to the landline
with bellsouth + internet for their package deal which is lower now than
comcast. But the reason I switched outta bellsouth is because I never coujld
figure out what they were telling me, both regards the internet and any
"offers" they were giving me. Suddenly they got a better offer than comcast,
ain't that a deal?
