I'm pretty sure Creative doesn't require a key code for any of their soundcard drivers. Maybe the disk you have has some software demos, like game demos, or even full games on it that came packed with the computer. You prob don't need a bunch of junk ware - all you really need are the drivers for the soundcard. And I think you can get them from the Creative.com support site. Try here: http://bit.ly/bE8Yot
