DALE--I downloaded the manual for this computer, and it says something under
sound that I think is the soundcard...it said under "Sound information" in the
manual, "Sigmatel 9227"...When I did a search, I found some drivers for this
Sigmatel 9227 and downloaded them, was instructed to restart...I did, and when
the computer was booted back up, there was a message saying, "The procedure
entry point LocalizeString could not be located in the dynamic link library
STLang.dll" I don't know what that means, but I still think I need the product
number to the Creative Labs cd that was given to me with the computer. Is there
anyway to get the number without buying it again? Thank you!--ROBERT--
