Hi Robert - I think the error you get at boot up is because you installed Sigmatel drivers that weren't from the Dell website. The easiest fix for this might be to simply disable the app that is requesting STLang.dll at bootup. Go to Start, Run, and type MSCONFIG, and press Enter. This will open the configuration utility. Click the Startup Tab, and look for an entry called STTRAY.exe. Uncheck it, and click OK to accept the change. When you reboot the error should be gone. You'll also see a message saying that you made a change to the configuration. Just check the box that says "don't show me this message again". Then you should be fine.
