I can't get into my Norton account. After I put my email address and password, I get a small window asking about whether I want to show just secure information. Then after I make my choice (It does not matter which choice I make.), I just get a blank page. Can someone please help me?
I was trying to get into my account so that I could reestablish my Norton 360 that I lost when my computer crashed. I then had to recover my computer, and now whenever I start my computer, I always get a "hard drive failure is imminent ... replace your hard drive" error with the choices of F10 and F2. I tried taking my computer to Best Buy, and they insist that it is a software issue rather than my hard drive. My coverage is for hardware only.
