Sounds like your hard drive is going bad.
They are trying to get out of covering it.

I was trying to get into my account so that I could reestablish my Norton 360 that I lost 
when my computer crashed.  I then had to recover my computer, and now whenever I start my 
computer, I always get a "hard drive failure is imminent ... replace your hard 
drive" error with the choices of F10 and F2.  I tried taking my computer to Best 
Buy, and they insist that it is a software issue rather than my hard drive.  My coverage 
is for hardware only.  Can anyone please help me with this part?
