I absolutely do not abandon the idea, just hope that all the software
required to handle the 'basic' attack will be openly available.

Ok, it means that if you want to show up GSM voice interception you
will need (confirm me if that's correct or not):
- 2 USRP2 unit (or clone equivalent)
- 2 daughterboard
- 2 antennas
- 1 PC
- some terabyte (how many?) of rainbowtables
- the right software kit
- 1 RF Jammer for 1800mhz (GSM1800)
- 1 RF Jammer for 2100mhz (UMTS)

And that's it, you will be able to create a "local" environment where
only GSM900 works, where we can catch a full conversation (obviously
only of phones that support at least GSM900, all the rest is jammed-
out).

If this is a "reachable" result i am going to work on this, to invest
on this and get public attention to have as much as possible person to
be able to do it, show it, experiment it.

I really want to see at least 1 persons that with that kit will report
success.
