Disk space isn't the problem, I've already got the OzTeX installation
and I have a gigabyte to spare.
What is a problem is that the Mac version of abc2mtex does absolutely
nothing on my system - no crash, it just writes out a couple of lines
of header file and stops. And I've no idea how to fix it as there's
no useful configuration documentation. I could probably figure it out
from the source, any idea where it is?
