Yes, you are really new. We know that polite requests do not often serve the 
purpose. And Kiran's mail was from no standards impolite.
Without a stringent action, it seems, such mails will not stop. For people 
who pay for every mail in our in box, such mails are financial burden. I 
have left many lists simply because the moderators were not able to stop the 
spams.
