although the list of suggestions is remarkable but one thing with regard to suggestion No. 18. 18. Blind candidates have the facility to write answers in Braille or on a computer or a typewriter . The answer paper in Braille should be evaluated by the expert/examiners in Braille script. the question papers should also be produced in braille so that one can read them in case he/she wishes to write in braille or type on computer. Regards
