Rahul, I second Kartik's approach. As for careful consideration, sorry, that does not happen in my experience. The reality is that your CV will be first considered by human resources who usually do not have a clue about how you will fit into the workplace. It then goes to your potential manager who looks at it quickly and then takes a decision if you are to be called. If you have not done work in the disability field, that is fine.
