I Fly at least three times in Indigo each month. They are very helpful. What I do is just go to their ticketing counter with help of my driver or police and they take care of me from there onward. Please make sure that they have registered SSR in their system which would ensure that assistant would meet you on arrival. Thanks and hope this helps.
