Hi Aziz, My experience with Indigo has been fabulous to say the least. It can vary from Airport to Airport/ person to person, but when I flew with them The IndiGo staff on the mumbai Airport were truely fantastic and one of their managers (Pervez) went above and beyond to make sure that I did not face any difficulties from the point I arived to the point I landed at my destination. Its been a year since then, and the fact that I remember all of it, speaks a lot for them and their service. I am quite forgetful XD In your case I suspect it may have been a CS Rep flunky not knowing what they are supposed to do and so just blurted out the standard message, we can't help with that. See if you can't get a different person on the line and deal with this issue by calling them again? Although I see that George has this pretty much taken care of, so reaching out to him might be a good idea. If you get the same response from a different CS Rep, maybe a good idea to hit up Indigo on twitter and ask them what's going on. hth some,
