George sir, I booked tickets from goibibo, I haven't got the column for
mentioning whether I am visually challenged, as i used to do previously, I
called the customer care and ask for my requirement, they used to do the
necessary previously but this time they say that I have to manage on my own.
Amit sir, the thing is that I have called the customer care, I have been
calling them whenever I book tickets regarding my need of assistant being
visually challenged, only this time they have messed up, they used to
provide the assurance previously.
Bhavani sir, previously also I didn't use to get any mail but I got
assistance, but this time they have said that I have to manage on my own.
