If one goes by the forwarded template, now it seems the CCPD office
has become more bureaucratic.
The requirement of this much details coupled with documents will
render ordinary aggrieved disabled people sufferers perpetually.
Earlier, one could shoot mail to CCPD office detailing grievances and
it was acknowledge without much delay. Anyway, in absence of fulltime
commissioner for ages, the grievance redressal mechanism remains in
shambles. Hope ground realities get better in the days to come.
